Parker Drug Dealer Gets Life For Killing Former Customer

PHOENIX – A drug dealer, Mickey Roy Anderson Sr., was sentenced by a federal judge this week to life in prison, for killing one of his former customers.

Anderson was found guilty by a federal jury of first degree murder, use of a firearm during a crime of violence, and burglary of a residential structure.

According to the Department of Justice, Anderson was also sentenced to 10 years in prison to run consecutive to his life sentence, and seven years in prison to run concurrent to his life sentence.

On January 23, 2014, Anderson walked into his victim’s home, stood a few feet from the victim and shot her in the face. The victim died almost instantly. Anderson was angry with the victim for purchasing drugs from another drug dealer in the community.

The victim, like Anderson was a member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes, and the murder happened on the Colorado River Indian Reservation.
