Casa Grande – A Casa Grande man, Matthew Nicholas Webb, has been arrested by Casa Grande Police officers in connection with a month long investigation of multiple reports of indecent exposures throughout the City of Casa Grande.

According to the Casa Grande Police, on Thursday August 1, 2019, Webb was arrested at his residence in the 600 block of West Jardin Drive after a lengthy investigation which began when authorities received reports of an unidentified male subject exposing himself to female victims.

“Initially, the information our agency was receiving was minimal and the description of the suspect was vague,” said the Casa Grande Police Department in a Facebook post.” In the past few weeks, this suspect appears to have become more brazen, specifically by contacting more victims, speaking to the victims and even partially or fully removing a mask he wore during these encounters.”

Webb was booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center in the late evening of August 1st. Four (4) counts of Indecent Exposure and Public Sexual Indecency are being forwarded to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office for review.

Although Matthew Webb is in custody, this investigation is ongoing as investigators believe more charges are forthcoming. If anyone has any information regarding recent Indecent Exposures in Casa Grande or the involvement of this suspect contact Detective McCabe at (520) 421-8711 ext. 6038.
