TUCSON – Antonio Cruz-Morales, an illegal alien, is in custody after allegedly sexually assaulting a female illegal alien.
According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Office, on October 1, 2019, at approximately 11:00 a.m., deputies were contacted by United States Border Patrol, regarding a female migrant who reported she had been sexually assaulted in the desert near Ajo, Arizona.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where the investigation continued.
Cruz-Morales, who was in the custody of Border Patrol, was taken to the Tucson station and interviewed by Pima County detectives.
Cruz-Morales was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on two counts of Sexual Assault.
