Tucson Police Investigating A Fatal Shooting On Tucson’s East Side

The Tucson Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting of an unidentified male believed to be in his late teens or early twenties that occurred Wednesday morning.

On November 20, 2019, at approximately 5:20 a.m., officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting at 1600 N. Wilmot Road. Officers found the male victim lying in the parking lot with obvious signs of gunshot trauma. Officers immediately began rendering aid however, the victim was pronounced deceased shortly after their arrival.

Detectives with the Tucson Police Violent Crimes Unit responded to continue the investigation.
