Man Arrested At Pima County Jail For Tucson Double Homicide

Tucson – Michael Hollie has been arrested by Tucson Police in connection with the June 2019 double-homicide of Matt Alford and Lewis Jetty.

Hollie, age 61, was visited by Tucson Police detectives on February 21, 2020, at the Pima County Jail, where he was being held on several unrelated charges. Detectives charged him with 2 counts of 1st degree murder, armed robbery, 1st degree burglary, and trafficking in stolen property.

According to Tucson Police, on June 17, 2019, at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of East Navajo Road for a report of a possible homicide. When officers arrived on scene, they entered the home and found Matt Alford and Lewis Jetty deceased with obvious signs of gunshot trauma.
