WASHINGTON – One of last remaining Democratic Party presidential candidates, Sen. Bernie Sanders, will make his first visit to Arizona during the 2020 campaign cycle on Thursday. The Senator’s campaign announced the plans to hold a rally at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum at 6:30 p.m., on March 5.
President Trump filled the 15,000-seat Coliseum in mid-February.
Michael Bloomberg drew approximately 1,100 at his campaign event in Phoenix warehouse on February 1.

According to the campaign’s announcement, “the event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but an RSVP is encouraged. Entrance is provided on a first come, first served basis. Guest entrances are off of McDowell Rd or off N 19th Ave and W Monte Vista Rd. Guest parking costs $10 per vehicle. Carpooling is encouraged.”
