PHOENIX – On Thursday, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office released a video of a deadly officer involved shooting that took the life of a 70-year-old Mesa man over the Fourth of July weekend.
Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone held a press conference to address the shooting of Rodney Liveringhouse. Officers arrived at Liveringhouse’s house in response to a call from his wife who said that her husband was acting out of character and that she was scared for her safety.
Mrs. Liveringhouse called for help from a home across the street.
