TEMPE – Tempe Police released additional information about the protesters arrested on Monday. Those arrested are facing charges including obstructing a public thoroughfare, hindering and interfering with police, disorderly conduct, and assault/aggravated assault.

Protesters filled Scottsdale Road at Playa Del Norte Drive in defiance of police orders. They then moved toward police while yelling “f$#@ the police, no justice, no peace” and throwing objects at officers.
Police used pepper spray to disperse the crowd.
