3 Arrested For Mohave County Double Homicide

Three people are in custody in connection with a double homicide in Chloride, Arizona. Dustyn Wade Walsh, age 19, Johnny Ford Parsons, age 20, and Tyler Susanne Reed, age 19, all of Golden Valley, are being held at the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.

According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, September 30, detectives arrested the three subjects for the murders of Bryan Drake and Robin Hammontree that occurred on Monday, September 28.

Detectives believe that Walsh, Parsons and Reed had gone to the victim’s residence to confront Drake about allegations from several years prior. The confrontation became physical, resulting in the death of Drake and Hammontree.

Walsh, Parsons, and Reed also ransacked the residence and stole several items within the residence, as well as the victim’s vehicle, which was later located abandoned.

All three subjects admitted their involvement in this incident and were charged with two counts of 1st Degree Murder.

Parsons and Reed were also charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree and Hindering Prosecution.
