Saguaro National Park rangers at the west district are asking the public for help in identifying the person or persons involved in cutting down or damaging eight saguaro cacti.

According to officials, the cacti were cut down in the Scenic Trailhead area of the West District around October 3.

Rangers are hoping to hear from anyone who might have been in the area at that time. There is the option to remain anonymous. You can reach rangers through the NPS Investigative Services Tipline – 888 653-0009 or submit a tip online https://www.nps.gov/orgs/1563/submit-a-tip.htm
