A 56-year-old Prescott Valley man, Paul Alan Frankowski, was arrested and charged with felony flight and felony endangerment.
According to Prescott Valley Police, on November 16, Frankowski refused to pull over when Prescott Valley patrol officers tried to make a traffic stop on Route 69 in Prescott Valley. Frankowski continuously made obscene hand signs towards the officers and then forced 2 vehicles off the roadway.
Prescott Valley Police officers discovered that Frankowski had posted videos on Facebook stating that he will shoot the next officer who tries to contact him.
