Glendale Police Ask Public For Help Finding Person Of Interest In September Homicide

Glendale Police are asking the public for help locating Florian J. Culp, a person of interest in the September shooting death of Quevon “Kash” Roland.

According to Glendale Police, officers responded to of a report of a shooting on September 23 around 2:00 a.m. near Glendale and 43rd avenues. When they arrived on the scene they found the 31-year-old Roland down in a parking lot suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Officers attempted live saving measures before Roland was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. Roland died two days later from his injuries.

Detectives believe that the 37-year-old Culp was the last person with Roland.

Culp is described as 6-feet-tall and 220 pounds.
