A kiosk employee is cooperating with Phoenix Police Department officers after he was involved in a fatal shooting at Desert Sky Mall.
On Sunday, at approximately 1:00 p.m., officers responded to the mall located near 75th Avenue and Thomas Road to reports of a shooting.
When police arrived on scene, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
According to police, the kiosk employee and a customer got into an argument a male customer and they exchanged gunfire.
It is unclear how the third victim, who died from his injuries, was involved in the exchange.
The customer was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
