University of Arizona Student Shot, Killed In Campus Parking Garage

The Tucson Police Department is investigating a shooting that took the life of a University of Arizona student. The student was killed the Cherry Avenue parking garage on Saturday.

The suspect was described as driving a four-door, red Cadillac SUV that was last seen heading north on Cherry Avenue.

University of Arizona Police Department officers responded to the call of shots fired around 11 p.m. When they arrived on the scene, they found the student with gunshot wounds. They attempted life-saving efforts, but the student was pronounced dead at the scene.
