The National Transportation Board is investigating a deadly plane crash at the Lake Havasu City Airport.
The crash of a Cessna 177RG occurred on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at approximately 4:10 p.m. at the Lake Havasu City Airport during take-off.
The one occupant in the single-engine airplane is deceased.
