Phoenix Police are investigating a late-night shooting that killed 16-year-old Kassandra Cisneros and left an 18-year-old man injured.
According to Phoenix Police, officers were called to the area of 65th Avenue and Thomas Road just before 11:30 p.m. last night to a report of two people shot. Early information indicates the two were in a vehicle when they were shot by an unknown person.
The girl was taken to the hospital were she succumbed to her injuries. The man was taken to the hospital for injuries that are non-life-threatening.
