Phoenix Police are investigating a homicide that has left a 38-year-old man dead, and another man injured.
On February 18th, around 4:00 a.m., Phoenix Police received a call about a shooting in the area of 3300 West Osborn Road, near the canal. When officers got there, they found two men that had been shot. One of the men, identified as Brian Donin, died from his injuries on scene. The second man, was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Witness at the scene said the suspects were possibly two men on bicycles.
