Phoenix Police Department officers are investigating a collision that took the life of Terence Quinlan on March 2, in the area of 9900 North Cave Creek Road.
Officers were called to the area and learned that a pickup truck operated by a 21-year-old man was traveling at a high rate of speed, southbound on North Cave Creek Road. The pickup then struck the rear of a sedan operated by Mr. Quinlan. Mr. Quinlan was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was also transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Preliminary information suggests the driver of the pickup may have been impaired.
At this time, the investigation remains ongoing.
