Phoenix Police are investigating a homicide that has left 66-year-old Terrance Cameron dead, and the suicide of the man who shot her, Theodore Bower.

On March 2, 2022, the Phoenix Police Department received a call about a person shot in the area of 10400 North 35th Avenue. When officers got there, they located Terrance Cameron, who had been shot. While speaking with a witness on scene, officers learned that her roommate, Theodore Bower, was believed to have shot her.
With the assistance of the Phoenix Police Air Unit, Mr. Bower’s vehicle was located in a parking lot near 35th Avenue and Peoria Avenue.
Officers discovered Mr. Bower inside of the vehicle, dead from a gunshot wound. Additional Ms. Cameron died from injuries at the original scene.
At this time, this investigation remains active and ongoing.
