The Chandler Police Department is searching for suspect in two separate incidents involving juveniles, near Alma and Warner roads on March 17, 2022.
The suspect, described as a white or light into Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s, driving a 2010 to 2016 white four-door Hyundai Elantra, was reported to have displayed an adult video to a group of juveniles.
Shortly after this, the suspect was reported to have committed an act of public sexual indecency while showing an adult video to a juvenile in the same area.
The suspect was wearing a red or black baseball hat and was described as having tattoos on both sides of his face.
Police believe the white Hyundai has damage to the driver side rear door and quarter panel due to a hit and run accident after these two incidences.
