Phoenix Police Department officers are investigating a homicide that has left a 44-year-old women, Tracey Jeffries, dead.
On May 2nd, around 5:15 p.m., Phoenix Police responded to a report of an unknown trouble in the area of 1400 South 7th Avenue. When officers got there, they found Ms. Jeffries, with obvious signs of trauma. She was transported to a local hospital where she died from her injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
