Phoenix police are investigating a hit and run collision that has left one man dead and another injured.
On June 5th, around 6 a.m., a disabled vehicle was being pushed eastbound on McDowell Road by two males. A second vehicle, later determined to be driven by Daniel Osuna, was traveling eastbound and struck the disabled vehicle and the two males pushing it. The vehicle then left the scene. Both males were transported to a local hospital where one of them died from their injuries.
Detectives contacted Daniel Osuna who was suspected of being impaired. Osuna was later booked into the Maricopa County Jail.
Currently, the investigation remains ongoing.
