On Saturday, July 30th at about 2:30 a.m. Phoenix Police officers arrested Jose Gregorio Inchaurriga Ruacho in connection with a double homicide.
The 33-year-old Inchaurriga Ruacho homicide was found in the area of 2700 West Thomas Road.
The first victim in this case has been identified as 64-year-old Douglas Earl Emison. The identity of the second victim is still pending.
At about 9:15 a.m. on July 28, 2022 officers were called to the area of 4800 West McDowell Road for shots being fired. When officers came into the area, they found the two victims with obvious gunshot trauma.
