Phoenix Police officers are investigating a three vehicle collision in South Phoenix that has left 53 year old Gavino Munoz dead.
On July 30th, around 7:15 p.m., Phoenix police were called to the area of 3rd Street and Dobbins Road about a vehicle collision. Officers on scene learned that a motorcyclist, later identified as Gavino Munoz, was traveling eastbound on Dobbins Road when he rear ended a pickup truck. The collision caused the motorcycle to slide and strike a third vehicle traveling westbound. Mr. Gavino was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
