On Saturday, the young black bear seen more than two dozen times since Wednesday on Tucson’s northwest side was successfully captured by Arizona Game and Fish officers.
The female bear between the ages of 1 – 2, located near Ina and La Canada was captured after being tranquilized.
Prompt resident calls were credited for the capture.
The bear will released in a remote location.
