Phoenix Police Investigating Deadly Collision

Phoenix police are investigating a collision that has left a 40-year-old man dead.

On August 31st around 12:30 p.m., Phoenix police were called to the area of 4600 South 32nd Street about a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a car. Officers on scene located the motorcycle operator, later identified as Justin Manning, with serious injuries.

Mr. Manning was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
