Phoenix police detectives responded to 4500 East Riverside Street to investigate a call of a shooting that left one injured and one dead.
Yesterday, at 10:14 p.m. on December 25, 2022 Phoenix police responded to a call of a numerous shots fired near 4500 East Riverside Street. Officers found two men suffering gunshot wounds. Both men were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. One man was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Detectives believe there may have been an argument before the shooting. Information about what led up to the shooting are still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Phoenix Police Department, or Silent Witness (480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish).
