Teenager In Custody For Deadly Phoenix Shooting

A teenager has been arrested in connection with the shooting death a man on Thursday night.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to a call of reported gunshots in a business parking lot near Central and Euclid Avenues. When they arrived, they found 27-year-old William Masters unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Mr. Masters was rushed to the hospital where he died from his injuries. Officers were able to locate and detain a suspect nearby.

The suspect was taken to the hospital where he was admitted for medical issues. The suspect will be booked and referred to the Juvenile Court once he is released from the hospital.
