One juvenile girl was killed, and another juvenile girl was severely injured in a car vs. pedestrian collision.
The collision occurred on Naranja Road in the vicinity of Pomegranate Dr. on March 17th, just before 1:00pm. A dog that was being pushed in a stroller also died as a result of the collision. Details on what caused the collision are being investigated by the Oro Valley Police detectives.
Naranja Rd. was closed for several hours while the investigation was conducted.
