Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a shooting that left one man dead near 27th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.
On September 23, 2023, around 2:20 p.m., Phoenix police officers responded to the area of 2700 West Thunderbird Road regarding a man who had was injured. When officers arrived, they located the man who had obvious signs of trauma. The man was pronounced deceased on scene.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
