Phoenix Police Vehicle Crimes Unit investigate a fatal collision involving a motorcycle rider and a car in north Phoenix.
Phoenix Police responded to the area of 13000 North Cave Creek Road on October 21, 2023, just after 10:00 a.m. Officers were called to the area to investigate a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a passenger car. When officers got to the scene, they found the motorcyclist in critical condition.
Phoenix Fire Department personnel responded and pronounced Omar Santos-Marquez, age 26, deceased.
