The Maricopa County Sheriffs Office is looking for the publics help with any information on a fatal hit and run.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, on Sunday, December 31st, 2023, at approximately 11:38 p.m., a black, 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger traveling westbound on McDowell Road collided with a pedestrian between 83rd Avenue and 86th Drive in Phoenix, Arizona and fled the scene. Evidence found suggests the vehicle should have damage to the front end, primarily the right side, possibly the front bumper, grill, under carriage, hood, and windshield.
