Phoenix Police detectives are investigating an incident that left a man dead in an alleyway near 27th Drive and Campbell Avenue.
On February 22, 2024, around 6:00 p.m., Phoenix police officers responded to the area of 4500 North 27th Drive regarding a man being shot. When officers arrived, they located the adult male victim, identified as 28-year-old Roy Orozco, with at least one gunshot wound. Orozco was pronounced deceased on scene.
Detectives are asking anyone with information is asked to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
