Biden roasted for agreeing to debate Trump on Howard Stern: ‘His handlers must be furious!’
Political commentators joked that Biden’s staff is panicking after the gaffe-prone president said he would be “happy” to debate Trump during an interview with Howard Stern Friday.
“I don’t know if you’re going to debate your opponent,” Stern said.
The president replied, “I am, somewhere, I don’t know when. I’m happy to debate him.”

The only venue suitable for a 2024 presidential debate would be in an open air arena with no media hosts. This should include live coverage, with public attendance on a lottery system. Issues for the candidates to debate would be submitted by the public. No candidates should be permitted the use of teleprompters or ear pieces. Then perhaps the American people would recognize what is at stake in America’s future as these candidates reveal their character, agenda and priorities. Otherwise if I were Trump I would never agree to a network media or special interest groups controlling a debate.
