Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a west valley shooting that left a man, Jarvous Dwayne Washington, dead.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on May 14, 2024, around 10:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of 26th Avenue and Glenrosa Avenue regarding a shooting. When officers arrived, they located the 51-year-old Washington, with at least one gunshot round. Washington was transported to a nearby hospital, but he did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
