A Maricopa County Grand Jury has indicted George Mosley on 14 counts of Child Sex Trafficking, a Class Two Felony, two counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class Six Felony, and one count of Illegal Control of an Enterprise, a Class Two Felony.
According to Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, between May and July of 2024, George “Geno” Mosley is accused of committing numerous child sex trafficking offenses against a 17-year-old victim after messaging her on Instagram and recruiting her to come to Arizona from Michigan for the purposes of prostitution. Once in Arizona, Mosley engaged in sexual acts with the minor victim, required her to conduct acts of prostitution, and controlled her as her “pimp”.
Mosley is being held on a $400,000 cash bond and a trial date is currently set in April of 2025.
