Biggs Demands FBI Investigation Into ActBlue

Arizona Congressman Andy Biggs has sent a letter to Federal Bureau of Investigation requesting an investigation into ActBlue, the main fundraising platform of the Democrat Party.

In 2024, banks across the country reported hundreds of suspicious transactions with ActBlue, but the previous Administration stonewalled congressional efforts to investigate the reports further.

“In 2024, President Biden’s Treasury Department found hundreds of suspicious transactions with ActBlue reported by banks,” Biggs wrote in his letter to FBI Director Kash Patel.

“The U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Committee on House Administration have been investigating these allegations of misconduct. But the previous Administration has stalled access to the necessary documents. This week, Oversight Chairman Comer and Administration Chairman Stiles have renewed their request with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent,” explained Biggs in his letter.

“Nineteen state Attorneys General, including Missouri, Texas, and Wyoming, are also making inquiries into allegations of fraud, money laundering, fraudulent and counterfeit use of credit and debit cards, and patterns of contributions that are suspicious,” noted Biggs. “Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has petitioned the Federal Elections Commission for rulemaking to address the allegations.7A racketeering lawsuit instituted by a private citizen is pending in Wisconsin.”

“The allegations against ActBlue are alarming and warrant a thorough investigation by the FBI,” said Congressman Biggs.

“If the allegations against ActBlue are proven true, the fundraising group has undermined the integrity of our elections for years, and justice must be delivered swiftly,” argued Biggs. “Americans’ faith in our electoral system is crucial to our Republic, and Congress must ensure that we protect the security of our elections.”

“I’m grateful to Director Patel for his work to restore our justice system, and I look forward to working with him to get to the bottom of these concerning reports,” concluded Biggs.

  1. Everyone knows Act Blue is lawless and corrupt. Prosecute the lot of them and their corrupt donors.

    • I read 6 national daily newspapers. Have for years. Always been interested in politics. I’ve not heard of ActBlue until this year. No, not “everybody”. Your name seems very appropriate. You’re just barking.

      • I’ll say it again abit differently. Everyone in the know knows of Act Blue. If there is a thorough investigation I’d put money they are corrupt to the core.

  2. Hopefully the new DOJ and FBI will restore uphold integrity and faith in the U.S. Judicial System. Until then we need to permanently remove public corruption at the White House, and Executive Branches and Agencies. Until then, the U.S. is no better than most corrupt Banana Republics in the World.

The U.S. DOJ has 5 years to file possible conspiracy charges against the suspected Biden Crime Family and Co-Conspiractors Et Al, as the Pardon date was the last possible overt act of the suspected Criminal Conspiracy.

The Biden’s Federal Pardons have to be invalidated at the SCOTUS level as the intent of these Pardons are suspected of being part of the conspiracy and possibly the last overt act of the criminal conspiracy and are needed to be permanently prevented in criminal activity where a President or his Family and Associates have profited.

Biden’s Pardons also have to be permanently invalidated in order to prevent all future new Administrations from forming Criminal Enterprises and Corruption Schemes knowing that a Presidential Pardon will run at the end of the Presidential Term and act as a cover for their criminal conspiracies.
Money Laundering, Public Corruption and Tax Evasion should be the first three crimes listed on the Biden Crime Family Indictment.

These possibilities are all suppositions and opinions using open source media reporting and can be used as a basis for a fictional story….or not.

  3. The entire Biden administration was a criminal enterprise, top to bottom. Of course, our Arizona attorney general won’t be participating in, or an advocate for, the investigation. I guess it would be tantamount to self-incrimination.

  4. the acts of Mystery Babblyon are foul in many directions and levels – its going to be quite a finding

  5. Can we hope that heads will roll [figuratively speaking of course]? Or will it go the way of most investigations, ‘sound and fury and signifying nothing’?
