13. Dr. Alexis “Lexi” McKenna, 29
Dr. Lexi McKenna is a naturopathic physician, educator, and mother dedicated to expanding access to equitable, patient-centered care. Through her direct primary care practice, she serves over 550 patients—many of whom previously lacked consistent access to healthcare. Dr. McKenna is also deeply invested in the future of naturopathic medicine. She supports students as a pharmacotherapeutics teaching assistant and as the lead editor for NPLEX I & II study materials with Pass NPLEX. Additionally, she serves as the NPLEX II student manual editor for Wild Brilliance Press and founded an NPLEX tutoring platform to mentor future physicians. Her work bridges education, mentorship, and community impact.
