After extensive work by Phoenix Police Department detectives, 65-year-old Joseph Jennings was arrested and booked for 2nd degree murder along with weapons charges in connection with the death of 30-year-old Seth Moisoff.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on May 19, 2025, around 5:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of 35th Avenue and Rose Garden Lane regarding a shooting. When officers arrived, they located Moisoff, with at least one gunshot wound.
The Phoenix Fire Department arrived on the scene and transported Moisoff to a nearby hospital with life threatening injuries Moisoff did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
