
A Pima County woman, Elvira Vielma Felix, was sentenced in Pima County Superior Court on July 9, after pleading guilty to two counts of Attempting to Sell a Narcotic Drug, a class 3 felony.
Felix was sentenced to 2.5 years of prison on each count, to run concurrently.
On December 18, 2024, in Pima County, Arizona, Felix attempted to knowingly sell approximately 2.65 pounds of heroin pills to a third party. On March 17, 2025, in Pima County, Arizona, Felix attempted to knowingly sell approximately 2.4 pounds of fentanyl pills to a third party.
In addition to her 2.5 year concurrent sentence, Felix was also ordered to pay $4,500 to the State Anti-Racketeering Revolving Fund and $8,000 in investigative costs to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
