A Queen Creek group home employee is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old girl who was living at the facility.
Christopher Lamont James Allen has been indicted for sexual conduct with a student at a group home that serves girls who have been victims of abuse. Allen was working as a “coach counselor” at Desert Lily Academy at the time, according to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
The 17-year-old victim came forward earlier this month and told another staff member that Allen had sex with her twice back in July. That staff member reported it to the Queen Creek Police Department.
A grand jury indicted Allen on two counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class Two Felony.
He is being held on a $150,000 secured appearance bond. To be released, the defendant must typically pay 10% of the total bond amount.
Disgusting behavior by a person entrusted to care for our most vulnerable. In a perfect world he would be executed.
