A man was sentenced to prison for several convictions connected to crimes against children.

Gabriel Spencer Carr has been sentenced to 16 years in prison following his conviction for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a Class 2 Felony, Dangerous Crime Against Children.

Carr was indicted after he posted multiple files online of children engaged in exploitive exhibition and/or other sexual conduct. The children from these files posted online were later identified as Victim A and Victim B. Law enforcement officers also found additional child sexual abuse material on Carr’s cellphone, and those victims are still unknown. A medical professional estimated each child in the files was under 15 years of age, with the youngest child estimated at under 5 years old.

Carr was also sentenced to lifetime supervised probation with sex offender terms, on two counts of Attempt to Commit Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Class 3 Felonies, pursuant to a plea agreement.

At the sentencing, the victims’ legal representative obtained a lifetime no-contact injunction, possible through A.R.S. § 13-719.

Carr’s lifetime probation will begin after he serves his prison sentence.

  1. Often times these monsters escape justice and aren’t punished until they arrive at prison and the inmates who have been abused as children find an opportunity for revenge on those who abuse children.

  2. “Carr’s lifetime probation will begin after he serves his prison sentence.” I hope he isn’t able to serve any of his lifetime probation.
