Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a woman’s death in north Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on November 5, 2025, at around 12:15 p.m., officers responded to an apartment in the area of 43rd Avenue and Park Place regarding a dead body call. When officers arrived, they found an adult female, identified as 33-year-old Elizabeth Powell, with at least one gunshot wound. Powell was pronounced deceased on scene.
Phoenix Police detectives are asking anyone with information to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO) and provide an anonymous tip. Rewards will be paid for information leading to an arrest in this case.
