Phoenix Police detectives are investigating an early morning collision that left a jaywalker dead.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on December 2, 2025, around 5:55 a.m., officers responded to the area of 32nd Street and Broadway Road regarding a collision involving a pedestrian. When officers arrived, they located an adult male, with serious injuries. The man did not survive these injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene. The vehicle involved remained on scene.
Detectives believe that the man was crossing Broadway Road, mid-block, when he was struck by the vehicle involved, which was traveling westbound.
