The future is in our children, but a radical District Court Obama-Judge has ruled that parents have no voice in their children’s education. Scottsdale and Litchfield school boards proved their disdain for parents and no intention to teach children. The proof is only 30% of graduates can read and do math. It follows that 60% of them are socialists who worship America-hating communist/jihadists like AOC and Zohran Mamdani. School boards laugh at parents who object. Socialist teachers punish children who don’t hate America. The products of our schools are unemployable, entitled Orwellian drones. They can’t think. Their only skill is virtue signaling.
Up until now, the only way to be heard was to spend hundreds of hours and significant dollars to get elected to a school board. By Arizona law, school board members are legislators, with the identical rights to free speech as state legislators as guaranteed by the Constitution. Their speech can only be limited by the Open Meeting Law, which does not allow any censorship while they are speaking, and time limits which never applied for Litchfield board members. These rights have been stable and unchallenged for the past 85 years, until now.
Sadly, even the voice of responsible board members has been silenced forever by socialists. This America-hating Obama-judge raised cancel culture to a new level, by abolishing the First Amendment for local legislatures everywhere. This judge ignored basic laws and rights just as hack judges did using Silence Opposition 101 for socialist thugs like Maduro, Xi Jinping and Putin. The Obama-judge ruled an elected board member given the floor and speaking about the agenda item can not speak at all – if some socialist “moderator” decides they don’t like what the board member has to say. The “moderator” can be anyone, even not on the board or a mob, by heckling, lies, false accusations, and threats. Further, any socialist can at a whim use perjury to remove the board member from the board.
The Unaccountable Obama-judge has guaranteed that brainwashing children can not be interrupted by pesky parents who care about their children’s education. The Obama-judge is beholden to the $200,000,000 Arizona School Risk Retention Trust, no matter what they want. The “Trust” provides legal services and insurance to almost all of Arizona’s school districts, a monopoly that only exists in sun-stroked Arizona. The Arizona “Trust” paid over $120,000 to attorneys to invent this falsified scam and the Obama-judge made incompetent “mistakes” and made up “laws” to make the “Trust” scam appear legal, at least to cognitively disturbed socialists.
The scam works as follows. Suppose a heckler in the balcony of the U.S. Congress is removed from the room. No big deal. Now imagine how strange it would be if an elected Senator on the floor of the U.S. Congress was removed while speaking, using the same rule for removing hecklers in the balcony. That may not be a big deal in a socialist hell-hole, but this is America.
The town of Norwalk, California has a town ordinance to remove persons from the audience for continuously heckling town council meetings. The Obama-judge took this town ordinance to physically eject audience members (White vs. Norwalk) and claims that it applies to elected legislators, given the floor and properly speaking on the agenda. News alert: In America, Constitutional Law provides that Legislatures, and not courts, pass laws to regulate Legislatures.
Unfettered by Constitutions and laws passed by Legislatures, the Obama-judge decided that any cancel culture socialist who does not like what they are hearing, can now use “White vs Norwalk discretion” to instantly silence school board legislators, properly given the floor and speaking on the agenda. This is the nail in the coffin of parents who dare to think their children should read, do math, and think for themselves, instead of becoming useless idiots. Parent’s voices and the voices of who they elect now mean nothing. It is all socialist thugs need to gain and keep future power when these children become adults. There is no turning back.
The smooth lies of the polite-appearing-but-backstabbing socialist thugs, will remain unquestioned, because the Obama-judge made sure the public has no voice. Some rare individuals still might have the courage and resources to try to speak up. They will regret it. The Obama-judge’s precedent of the Arizona “Trust’s” lawfare scam, will guarantee that their lives will be ruined and their resources drained by lawfare lies, if they dare to try.

How about suing the AZ School District for failing to provide taxpayer services. Residents are required to pay residential taxes that pay for Schools.
A School District who is Failing to provide a minimum standard of education should be a viable course of action, (when 30% of Goodyear Grads can’t read or do math).
Two Solutions;
1) Home School your Kids and this will prevent the Goodyear School Teachers from corrupting your Child and/or;
2) Move out of Goody-Ear or find a private school that is in line with your family beliefs.
We as conservatives let liberals take over our kids schools almost without a fight back in the 80’s and they’ve had control ever since. Public school education is by design meant to dumb down our kids so they are easier to control and taught to depend on the government from cradle to grave
