
Tucson Police have made an arrest in connection with the homicide of 36-year-old Jeremy Broussard.
Detectives learned that Mr. Broussard had been stabbed during an altercation in a motel parking lot located at 1990 S. Craycroft Road. As they continued their investigation, detectives were able to obtain surveillance video from the area. Images from that video were distributed to department members in an attempt to identify a possible suspect involved. Patrol officers recognized the suspect in the video as 32-year-old Marco Levonte Williams.
On August 24, 2017, officers located Williams and took him into custody near his residence in the 5400 block of E. 30th Street. A search warrant was conducted at his residence and items of evidentiary value were located. After speaking with Williams, he was booked into the Pima County Jail on one count of First Degree Murder.
