Trump Spikes Football On Andrew McCabe, Hits Comey Even Harder

President Donald Trump stayed up late on Friday night to spike the football on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired only two days before he would have officially retired and been eligible for a government pension. But McCabe wasn’t the only target of the president’s tweet.
Andrew McCabe FIRED, a great day for the hard working men and women of the FBI – A great day for Democracy. Sanctimonious James Comey was his boss and made McCabe look like a choirboy. He knew all about the lies and corruption going on at the highest levels of the FBI!

McCabe was fired on the recommendation of the Department of Justice’s inspector general for allegedly revealing sensitive information to a reporter. Further, an upcoming OIG report is expected to detail a pattern of such behavior during the DOJ’s review of the Hillary Clinton investigation. Attorney General Jeff Sessions reportedly decided to fire McCabe after he reviewed the report.
