Phoenix Police detectives are investigating two motorcycle collisions which left two motorcycle riders dead.
On November 18, 2023, around 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Cave Creek Road and Nisbet Road regarding a collision involving a motorcycle. When officers arrived, they located the adult male motorcycle rider, identified as 19-year-old Matthew Allen-Winchester, with serious injuries. Allen-Winchester was transported to a local hospital but he did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
The other vehicle involved remained on scene after the collision.
Detectives believe that Allen-Winchester was southbound on Cave Creek Road when he collided with a vehicle that was traveling westbound across Cave Creek Road from one private drive to another.

On November 19, 2023, around 2:50 p.m., officers responded to the area of 25th Street and Bell Road regarding a collision involving a motorcycle. When officers arrived, they located 28-year-old Christian Dupont, with serious injuries. Dupont was transported to a local hospital, but he did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
The other vehicle involved remained on scene after the collision.
Detectives believe that Dupont was eastbound on Bell Road when he collided with a vehicle that was turning left onto 25th Street.
