Maricopa County Board Of Supervisors Appoint New McDowell Mountain Justice Precinct Constable

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has appointed Dan Diaz as the new McDowell Mountain Justice Precinct Constable.

The McDowell Mountain Justice Precinct covers the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Northeast Phoenix area in Supervisorial Districts 2 and 3.

Since May 2018, Constable Diaz has served as a Police Lieutenant for the Superior Police Department, and previously spent a year working as a Police Officer for the Casa Grande Police Department. As Constable, he will execute, serve, and return processes, warrants, and notices, and attend justice courts when required.

By law, the appointee was required to be a Republican like his predecessor David Lester, live in the McDowell Mountain Justice Precinct, and be a registered Arizona voter. Constable Diaz will fill the position through the remainder of the term.
