A sexual predator, Jeremy Naltazan, will serve 13 years in prison followed by lifetime supervised probation after pleading guilty to one count of Sexual Assault, a Class Two Felony, and one count of Attempted Sexual Assault, a Class Three Felony.

According to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, in December 2024, a 67-year-old woman heard knocking at her front door near Thomas Road and 32nd Street just before 10:00 p.m. She looked out her window and did not recognize the man outside. When he asked to use her phone, she refused and called police.

While still on the phone with a 911 dispatcher, Naltazan forced his way into her home, grabbed her, and covered her mouth to try to get her to stop screaming. He held her down and began sexually assaulting her.

Phoenix Police arrived while Naltazan was still assaulting the victim. Hearing the officers, the victim screamed for help again. Naltazan ran away, jumping over the backyard fence. Officers quickly pursued and arrested him.

“It takes extraordinary courage for a victim to resist, call for help, and ultimately assist police in identifying her attacker,” said County Attorney Rachel Mitchell. “Because of her strength, and the quick response of law enforcement, this dangerous predator has been stopped, and our community is safer.”

  1. That’s why its good to have a automatic hole puncher handy. I am in my late 70’s and I keep one close by. I also have manual hole punchers around the house. I have always lived by this motto, “Forewarned is Forearmed’ I don’t know about anyone else but I value my life.
